VARIETIES:
"Gorizia". A prized Italian variety with broad, dark green leaves. This variety is ideal for upright, sturdy stems that harvest clean. Stems can be used as skewers for kababs! Leave the leaves on them to infuse with rosemary flavor. This variety also dries well for use over the winter.
CULTURE:
Well-drained, sandy or rocky soil tolerated. Keep moist while establishing. Full sun to part shade. Can be overwintered in a pot indoors if kept humid, well drained, and around 40 degrees.
