VARIETY:

“Scarlet”. Scarlet makes a unique addition to kale offerings either in bunches or as a baby leaf. Vigorous plants produce reliable yields in both spring and fall. Vibrant color intensifies in cooler temperatures. Seed source and photo: High Mowing Seeds

CULTURE:

Kale prefers a fertile, well-drained soil high in organic matter with a pH range of 6.0–7.5. Consistent moisture will produce the best quality leaves.
