VARIETY:
"Sweet". A mild, sweet relative of oregano excellent fresh or dried; essential for pizza sauce, or sprinkled on eggs, potatoes, or beef dishes! Easy to dry, just harvest stems and hang in bundles in low light and low humidity.
CULTURE:
Plant out in full sun to part shade, in soil rich in organic matter, with a near-neutral pH. Harvest when the stems form flower buds, just before opening. Hang in bunches or spread on a screen to dry for best flavor! Good container plant. Tender annual. Space plants 6” apart. Cut and come again: 3-4 harvests per season.
